Those that have blood type AB should add decaffeinated and regular coffee as well as green tea to their diet as these are very beneficial to their overall health. On the other hand, they should completely remove from their distilled liquor, all sodas, and black regular and decaffeinated tea. Coffee can be irritating to the intestines and stomach while alcohol beverages can cause vitamin F deficiency in all blood types. Beverages that are in the neutral category include beer, seltzer water, club soda, un-chlorinated water, red wine, and white wine.
