For those with blood type AB, the beans and lentils that provide the greatest benefits are green lentils, navy, pinto, red beans, and red soy beans. This may be hard to believe but there are some beans and lentils that actually like a poison on your system. These include black beans, black eyed peas, fava, garbanzo, kidney, lima, and aduke. As a matter of fact Black-Eyed Peas, Garbanzo, Kidney, and Lima beans can change insulin production in the body, which can be very dangerous. It is best to steer clear of all items on the avoid list if you wish to stay healthy.
