Food List for Blood Type A – Nuts & Seeds
In the majority of cases, you have probably heard just how good nuts and seeds are for your health and nutrition. There is some truth to that but once again for those with blood type A, there are some items that will be greatly beneficial and others that need to be avoid. The only nuts and seeds that are beneficial are peanuts and pumpkin seeds. On the other side of the coin, there are three that should be avoided altogether which include Brazil nuts, cashews, and pistachios. All other nuts and seeds are in the neutral category which means you can enjoy them in your diet but you will not be receiving any extra benefits. If you want to beef up your health you need to add peanuts and pumpkin seeds to your diet.
