Those that have blood type O should add seltzer water and club soda to their diet as these are very beneficial to their overall health. On the other hand, they should completely remove from their diet include regular and decaffeinated coffee, distilled liquor, all sodas, and black regular and decaffeinated tea. Coffee can be irritating to the intestines and stomach while alcohol beverages can cause vitamin F deficiency. Beverages that are in the neutral category include beer, green tea, un-chlorinated water, red wine, and white wine.
