The most beneficial items in this category are aduke, black beans, black eyed peas, green, red, and domestic lentils, pinto and red soy beans. The ones to avoid at all cost are copper beans, garbanzo, green beans, kidney beans, Lima, navy, northern, red beans, and tamarind. All other beans and lentils are in the neutral category and will provide you the same benefits as any other food but will not boost your health.
