There are only three different beans or lentils that are actually beneficial to the health of those with blood type O. These include aduke/adzuki/azuki, black eyed peas, and pinto. On the other turn of the coin, there are several that should be completely avoided. These are copper beans, kidney, green lentils, red lentils, domestic lentils, navy beans, and tamarind. There are more in the neutral group for those that enjoy eating beans and lentils to give you a few more options. These include black beans, broad, cannelloni, fava, garbanzo, green beans, green peas, green pods, jicama, Lima, northern, red beans, red soy beans, snap, string, and white. Remember, just because they are neutral does not mean that they will work on improving your health. You need to eat items found from the beneficial category if you want to improve your health.
