Food List for Blood Type B – Oils & Fats

Oils and Fats

When it comes to oils and fats, we all need some of these items and they should never be completely deleted from our diets. If you pay attention to the beneficial oils and fats for your blood type as well as the ones to avoid you will greatly improve your overall health and well being. For those with blood type B, the only beneficial oil is olive oil. On the other hand, individuals with type B blood should avoid canola oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, sesame oil, and sunflower oil. Shortening, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, lard, and margarine are all neutral meaning they will provide you with the same benefits as regular food. The items on the avoid list will actually poison your body so these should be avoided at all cost. You can easily switch out these items for others for better health.
