Vegetables are a very important part of our diets and for those with blood type AB, you can benefit from a large array of great tasting ones. The long list of vegetables that will greatly benefit your health include beet greens, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, collard greens, cucumber, dandelion, eggplant, garlic, kale, mustard greens, parsley, parsnips, sweet potatoes, alfalfa sprouts, tempeh, tofu, and yams. There are just about as many vegetables on the avoid list for those with blood type AB including domestic and Jerusalem artichoke, avocado, white and yellow corn, lima beans, shiitake and abalone mushrooms, black olives, jalapeno, green, yellow, and red peppers, radishes and sprouts, and mung sprouts. Broccoli is an excellent vegetable to add to your diet as it lowers the risk of cancer of the colon, esophagus, larynx, lung, and prostate, to name a few.
