Food List for Blood Type A – Condiments & Miscellaneous

Condiments and Miscellaneous

Within this food group there are only three items that will benefit individuals with blood type A. These products are molasses, mustard, and soy sauce. These will greatly benefit your body and provide you with more of a medicine when you add these to your diet than other condiments. However, there are some condiments that need to be avoided which are plain gelatin, ketchup, mayonnaise, black ground pepper, cayenne pepper, peppercorn pepper, red pepper flakes, white pepper, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. These condiments should be totally avoided as they act like poison to your body and provide no type of benefit. All other condiments can be used, but will not boost your health but will provide just regular nutrition.
